The PHF Conference Center can accommodate groups of any size for videoconferences, presentations, press announcements, multimedia seminars or board meetings. Amenities include a dedicated in-room PC, laptop ports, multi-source AV inputs (computer, DVD, VHS, Cable TV, CD, cassette), high-speed Internet access, extranet capabilities, a high-resolution document camera, business services and more. In addition, clients will have access to full kitchen facilities with each conference booked, if desired.

The Colloquium Conference Room is perfect for breakfasts,
luncheons, dinners, large training sessions, or meetings.
A lectern with Power Point, video, and Internet accessibility
can control images displayed on two 110” retractable
screens from retractable projectors making this the perfect
choice for catered presentations. The room is very flexible
with combinations of up to fifteen 5' round tables or twenty
6' rectangular tables seating up to 120, or theatre seating
for up to 150.
The video image of the presenter and their presentation and
audio can also be overflowed to the Symposium or Kiva room
to meet the needs of groups up to 200.
